Do you scan medium format 120 or 220 film?

No. Unfortunately we can only scan 35mm film at this time.

Do you scan instant film?

Do you scan 4x6 photo prints?

Not at this time. Hopefully it will be available in the future.

Can you scan slide film?

Yes. We can scan colour positive (slide), colour negative (C-41), and black and white 35mm film.

How do we get our scans?

I can send them via WeTransfer, Dropbox, or via a USB in the mail.

Will you give my negatives back?

Yes, of course! You can pick them up in person or I can ship them back to you (will cost extra based on location).

Can you organise my negatives into a folder in archival sleeves?

This can be done by request for an additional fee.

Can you scan at other resolutions?

Yes, upon request.

What is the turnaround time?

On average, expect the order to be completed within 1-2 weeks depending on the size of the order.

Can you scan in higher resolution than 2400dpi?

Yes however it would add to the price as it takes significantly longer.

My negatives are over 20 years old - can you still scan them?
A.
Yes, provided they were stored well. My own personal family negatives are also over 20 years old also and I haven't had any issues scanning them.
